A Romanian couple who met online have named their first-born son "Yahoo" in honor of the Internet portal.
A few months ago, ESPN celebrated their 25th anniversary with a show highlighting their 25 years of history. One of the features showed children who were named Espn (or a variation of the spelling) by their parents!
Update: This story has now been called a hoax!
